Is Justin Trudeau walking his talk? Not by far

15 Dec 2017

Despite a few good beginnings, the Trudeau government has not backed its talk with action. In this report card, Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives (CCPA) rates the federal government’s progress over the past two years in 16 policy areas. In each area, CCPA grades the government
on both its promises (the talk) and its policies (the walk) as measured against the CCPA’s expectations for truly progressive governance. For details, visit www.policyalternatives.ca where you will find summaries of major developments in each area and concrete recommendations for
policies the federal government could undertake in the remaining.
