District of West Vancouver has received a preliminary development application for 585 residential units in the Cypress area of West Vancouver.
The application is for the development of four properties located at, and adjacent to, 2510 Wentworth Avenue and 2480 Wentworth Avenue.
The preliminary plans include a total of 585 residential units.
The proposal includes a mix of rental and strata units including seven primary apartment buildings alongside several townhouse buildings.
The applicant will be hosting a public information meeting on preliminary plans.
The meeting will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. on Thursday, March 12, at The Beach House Restaurant (top floor) at 150, 25th Street.
Community is invited to view display material, ask questions and share feedback.
This is a preliminary introduction to the application, but there won’t be a formal presentation.
This is not a district consultation. The meeting has been organised by the developer.
An earlier development permit application allowed 29 lots to the developer, but that permit expired in 2017.
